No Surprise Bills

SlyReply bills flat-rate. Your monthly bill is your plan price — $0 on Free, $9 on Pro, $29 on Power — and nothing else. There is:

No per-message charge. Sending more emails never costs more.
No credits or tokens to buy. There is no balance to top up.
No overage fees. A busy month can't be billed as extra.

What protects you from runaway cost

Because there is no per-message charge, a misconfigured agent can't run up your bill. What it could do is consume an unfair share of shared capacity — so a fair-use policy handles that, instead of your wallet:

A burst of replies triggers a short cooldown — the agent rests a few hours, then resumes. Email that arrives during the cooldown is held and re-processed automatically once it lifts.
Generous monthly reply and image limits sit behind the cooldown as an outer backstop.
Obvious abuse — mail loops, mass floods — is dropped immediately.

None of these cost you money. The worst case for a runaway agent is a short pause, not a bill.

Changing plans

Upgrades take effect right away; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Manage everything under Usage & Billing in your profile.
