Exporting Your Data

Download a JSON copy of everything SlyReply holds about you — your profile, your agents, conversation metadata, and any support tickets. Message bodies are never stored, so they're never in the file.

Exporting Your Data

You can download a complete copy of the data SlyReply holds about your account at any time. Go to Profile → Account and click Export my data (JSON). Your browser downloads a single .json file you can open, archive, or take with you.

This is your GDPR right of access, built into the dashboard — no support request needed.

What the export contains

The file includes everything we actually store that is yours:

  • Profile — your name, registered email addresses, subscription tier, consent record, and whether two-factor authentication is enabled. Sensitive credential material (your password hash, any 2FA secret, and pending-email verification tokens) is deliberately left out or redacted — exporting it would be a security risk, not a benefit.
  • Agents — every agent (UID) you've created or customized, with its provider, model, system prompt, generation settings, and the timestamps for when it was created and last changed.
  • Conversation metadata — the threading records we keep so replies thread correctly: subject lines, sender addresses, and per-message role and timestamp.
  • Support tickets — any tickets you've opened with us, including their subject lines and the full message history of each thread.

What is not in the export — and why

  • The contents of your emails and the AI's replies. SlyReply never stores these. Your conversations live only in your own inbox — that's the whole privacy model (there's no in-app conversation history because there is nothing saved to show). The conversation entries in your export are metadata only: who, when, and which thread — never the words.
  • Internal payment-processor references. Identifiers like your Stripe customer and subscription IDs are operational references to our billing provider, not your personal data, so they're excluded by design. Your actual billing history lives in Stripe's customer portal, linked from your account.
  • Consent IP and other audit fields we hold purely for compliance record-keeping.

Deleting your data

The export is also a good thing to grab before you delete your account. Account deletion (Profile → Account → Delete account) is immediate and irreversible — it removes your profile, your agents, your conversation metadata, and your support tickets, with no grace period. So if you might want a copy, export first.
