FAQ
Is it really flat-rate — no per-message charge?
Yes. You pay one monthly price, full stop. Each plan has a fair-use ceiling — see the figures below — set well above normal use, so day-to-day emailing never reaches it. Your profile shows where you stand against it, so there are no surprises.
What's the difference between Pro and Power?
Power adds the most capable reasoning models and much higher monthly fair-use limits (10,000 replies/month vs 2,000 on Pro). Pro covers everyday use; Power is built for heavy or professional use. Both let you create as many agents as you like.
What counts as fair use, exactly?
Two limits, both spelled out. (1) A monthly allowance — 50 replies on Free, 2,000 on Pro, 10,000 on Power, plus a separate image allowance — that resets every 30 days. (2) A burst limit: more than 20 replies from one account within a 60-minute window triggers an automatic 3-hour cooldown, after which your agents resume on their own. The burst limit exists to catch mail loops and runaway automation, not normal back-and-forth.
What happens if I hit a limit?
If your account hits the burst limit and enters a cooldown, incoming email is held and re-processed automatically once the 3 hours pass — in normal cases nothing is lost. If your account reaches the monthly allowance instead, further emails get an immediate "limit reached" reply and are not held; service resumes when the 30-day period rolls over, or right away if you upgrade. Either way you are never charged extra — a busy month can't produce a bill.
Can I see my usage?
Yes — your Usage & Billing page shows the count of replies and images used this period, the date your allowance resets, and a glanceable status (quiet, steady, busy, or resting). When an agent is in a cooldown, the page also tells you when it's back. The monthly ceiling sits far above normal use, so the status is what matters day-to-day rather than precise per-message tracking.
The fine print
- Prices & tax
- Prices are shown in your chosen currency — US dollars, British pounds, or Euros — using the picker above. Any sales tax or VAT that applies to your purchase is added at checkout and shown before you pay, so the amount you confirm is the amount you are charged.
- Auto-renewal
- Pro and Power are monthly subscriptions. They renew automatically at the end of each monthly period, and your card is charged the then-current plan price, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Usage & Billing page — cancellation stops the next renewal and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. The Free plan does not renew or bill.
- Cancellation & cooling-off
- If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel a new subscription for a refund (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). Because SlyReply is a digital service that begins immediately, starting to use your agents within that period counts as asking us to begin, and the refund is reduced in proportion to the service already provided. To exercise the right, cancel from Usage & Billing or email support@slyreply.ai within 14 days of subscribing. Outside the cooling-off period, payments already taken for a started billing period are non-refundable.
- Price changes
- We may change plan prices. If a change affects your plan, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect, and it will never apply to a period you have already paid for. If you do not want to continue at the new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
