Plans & Pricing
SlyReply is flat-rate: pick a plan, pay one predictable monthly price, and email your agents as much as normal use calls for. There is no per-message charge, no credits to count, and no metering to budget against.
The plans

Upgrading and downgrading
Manage your plan under Usage & Billing in your profile:
- Upgrade takes effect immediately — the new models and higher limits are available on your next email.
- Downgrade or cancel takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for; you keep your current plan until then. Agents that use a model above your new plan are paused, never deleted — they light back up if you upgrade again.
How usage works
Because billing is flat-rate, there is nothing to top up and no balance to run down. A generous fair-use policy sits behind the flat price to keep things sustainable — it almost never affects normal use. See Fair Use & Limits for how that works, and No Surprise Bills for the short version.
Your profile shows a calm, qualitative read on your month — quiet, steady, busy, or resting — never a counter to watch.
